Bangkok - 2 August 2010 - Thoresen Thai Agencies Public Company Limited ("TTA") has appointed Vichai Chuensuksawadi as Executive Vice President, Infrastructure Group and Urai Rogers as Executive Vice President, Group Risk, Internal Audit, and Compliance to support its business growth strategies.
Mr. Vichai is responsible for business strategy, financial performance, and overall development of TTA's Infrastructure Group, which includes Unique Mining Services Plc and Baconco. Ms. Urai Rogers is, among other things, responsible for internal audit and the implementation of more intensive risk management practices in TTA's business units.

Prior to joining TTA, Mr. Vichai worked for global logistics leader United Parcel Services ("UPS") for 18 years. At UPS, he started with the position of Managing Director - Thailand and Indochina (Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia, and Vietnam). His last position at UPS was Vice President - Regional Strategy and Retail Business, Asia Pacific, where he was assigned to develop strategic initiatives and increase retail networks and channels for UPS.
Ms. Urai worked for the Dow Chemical Company, which is one of the world's largest chemical, plastics, and agricultural products companies. She started as Country Controller and Corporate Secretary for all Siam Cement-Dow joint venture companies in Thailand. Her last position was Country Manager - Indonesia, in which she directed all business operations throughout Indonesia.
