Mr. Chalermchai Mahagitsiri was appointed as director since January 2012. He serves as Chief Executive Officer of PM Group Co., Ltd. which is a holding company of Mr. Prayudh Mahagitsiri family, Executive Vice Chairman of Mermaid Maritime Plc., and director of Unique Mining Services Plc. He also serves as Director of Quality Coffee Products Co., Ltd. which is partnering with Nestle SA Switzerland to produce Nescafe. He also serves as Vice Chairman of Posco-Thainox Public Co., Ltd. and Thai Film Industries Plc., and Managing Director of Lakewood Country Club Co., Ltd. Mr. Mahagitsiri holds a M.S. in Finance from Boston University and a B.S. in Finance from Suffolk University, both in USA. Mr. Mahagitsiri completed the Director Accreditation Program (DAP 30/2004) in 2004 and the Directors Certification Program (DCP 53/2005) in 2005 by the Thai Institute of Directors Association.

Mr. Asawachatroj is Chief Financial Officer. His background was in investment banking, where he has 10 years of experience working for Thai and international banks assisting large corporate clients in the region to unlock their values via various types of transactions, particularly M&A and fund raisings. Prior to joining TTA, he was the Group Chief Financial Officer of The Erawan Group PLC from 2011 to July 2013 and awarded one of the ASIAN Best CFOs from Corporate Governance Asia in 2012.

Mr. Asawachatroj holds an MA in Financial Engineering from New York University (USA), MBA in Finance from Claremont Graduate University (USA), and B.Eng. in Industrial Engineering from Thammasat University (Thailand).

Mr. David Ng joins us from the financial industry with more than 10 years of equity markets experience. He was the Head of Institutional Equities for Maybank Kim Eng Singapore; prior to that, Executive Director with Goldman Sachs where he had spent most of his career advising clients on investment prospects of companies ranging from conglomerates to banks in the region.

Mr. Ng holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Lincoln University in New Zealand. A qualified accountant with CPA Australia, he is also a Chartered Financial Analyst ® (CFA ®) charter holder with the globally recognised CFA Institute.

Mr. Stromme has over 37 years of experiences in shipping industry and has actively developing further investment in Maritime and industrial/Logistics sector in the Indochina region. He has been with TTA group for over 12 years and delivered his strong operational records in the land and sea transportation, marine logistics, ship agency, forwarding, ports, warehouse and fertilizer industries. His proven strong leadership is demonstrated clearly in his current role as Chairman of Baconco, our high-growth fertilizer and warehouse company in Vietnam.

Mr. Verma brings with him diversified international business experience of more than 25 years in various fields of FMCG food, retail, electronics, metal, manufacturing and real estate development sector. He has lived and worked in four different countries at Senior to Board level leadership positions in finance and operations. His most recent role was Executive Director of Finance at Jindal Stainless Limited.

Prior to that, he served as CFO and Acting Managing Director to many companies such as Thainox Stainless PLC (now POSCO Thainox Public Company Limited), 'Dole Food Inc.' and 'Seagate Technologies.

Mr. Verma holds a Bachelor Degree in Commerce, is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) and has also completed the Director Certification Program No. 78/2006 from the Thai Institute of Directors Association (IOD).

Mr. Dabbaransi is the Senior Executive Vice President, Head of Food & Beverage. He joins TTA from PM Group, where he has held the post of Chief Business Development Officer and served as CEO/Founder of Mugendai Tempura and Sushi Bar, one of the most Japanese fine dining in Bangkok. Prior to his post at PM Group, he also served as Vice President – Business Development and Associate – Investment Banking at the SCB Securities Co., Ltd., after having starting his career several years earlier with Green Spot Co., Ltd.

Mr. Dabbaransi received a Master of Science in Actuarial Science from Boston University, USA and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Operation Research from University of Massachusetts, USA.
