Mermaid provide full turnkey services to oil and gas majors operating offshore through our diversified portfolio of subsea vessels, specialized diving equipment, remotely operated vehicles and drilling and accommodation rigs. Having been in the offshore business for over 30 years, today Mermaid present in five geographical regions with a team of over 1,000 professional divers, drillers, technicians, surveyors, management and support staff. Mermaid's vision is to be a premium service provider to the offshore oil and gas industry and to constantly deliver enhanced return to our shareholders

• Mermaid's subsea division is represented by Mermaid Subsea Services, which operates as a unified structured unit across markets offering customers a comprehensive range of subsea solutions through a suite of specialized subsea vessels, diving equipment, remotely operated vehicles, and a highly competent technical and operations workforce operating out of Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Qatar, United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia.


• Mermaid provides drilling services through ownership and operation of various drilling assets. This includes two tender rigs MTR-1 and MTR-2 managed by Mermaid Drilling Ltd. and two new builds MTR-3 and MTR-4 under construction. Mermaid also has equity ownership in Asia Offshore Drilling Ltd. which owns three high specification jack-up rigs AOD I, AOD II and AOD III.
